CBD is an acronym for “cannabidiol”. The
cannabidiol is one of the 150 cannabinoids present
naturally in hemp (whose botanical name
is Cannabis sativa) which has properties
very interesting soothing. Unlike THC
(another cannabinoid that makes it “high”), CBD is
legal, and does not alter our perceptions (WHO clarifies
even you can drive after consuming it,
and that it is not a doping substance). The
CBD studies have shown an effect on pain,
on anxiety and sleep disorders.
