Psychologist, hypnotherapist and sophrologist I resumed my studies in psychology ten years ago to help and support children, adults and the elderly in a process of change, personal and / or professional development but also academic development because paying particular attention to the learning process is essential to build. In adulthood, it is sometimes a question of deconstructing in order to reconstruct habits and functions that have become obsolete.

After a clinical-oriented bachelor's degree, I completed a master's degree in developmental psychology and a master's degree in psychoanalysis at the University of Paris 8. (I have, in parallel, followed a psychoanalysis)

These studies have given me in-depth knowledge of human behavior which is the basis of my support work.

Ensuite, I built my toolbox with Sophrology, Hypnosis, NLP at the Psynapse Institute in Paris , and the energy approach at Energy Process, magnetism at Orion Academy as well as’ E.M.D.R et l’ E.F.T or Tapping.
